摘  要:类金刚石碳薄膜在空间结构上是长程无序的亚稳状态的非晶结构,碳原子之间以共价键连接,部分类金刚石碳薄膜还含有少量的C-H键,性能更加接近金刚石。文章综述了类金刚石碳薄膜在骨植入材料、人工关节、口腔医学、医疗器械等领域中的应用现状。类金刚石碳薄膜凭借其优异的机械力学性能、平整的表面形貌、优异的热力学性能、良好的掺杂性能、优良的耐磨耐腐蚀性能及良好的血液相容性及骨诱导形成能力,可提升骨植入材料的生物医学性能及使用寿命。在人工关节表面镀膜可在提高骨关节表面的耐腐蚀性能同时降低周围组织炎症细胞反应,在口腔医学及医疗器械等领域也逐渐得到越来越广泛的应用。Diamond-like carbon films are amorphous structures in a metastable state with long-range disorder in spatial structure.Carbon atoms are connected by covalent bonds.Some diamond-like carbon films also contain a small amount of C-H bonds,which have properties closer to diamond.The article reviews the current application status of diamond-like films in bone implant materials,artificial joints,dentistry,medical devices,and other fields.Diamond-like carbon films,with their excellent mechanical properties,flat surface morphology,excellent thermodynamic properties,good doping performance,excellent wear and corrosion resistance,as well as good blood compatibility and bone induction ability,can enhance the biomedical performance and service life of bone implant materials.It improves the corrosion resistance of the bone joint surface and reduces the inflammatory cell response of surrounding tissues on the surface of artificial joints,and is gradually being widely used in fields such as dentistry and medical devices.
