摘 要:针对润东煤业3#煤层预抽瓦斯无法准确确定抽采有效半径等问题,通过采用理论分析、数值模拟的方法,分析抽采有效半径的影响因素。结果表明:抽采有效半径的可控影响因素主要有抽采时间、抽采负压及抽采钻孔孔径,对比分析得出抽采时间、钻孔孔径与有效半径存在正相关关系,关系表达式为R=At^(B),且抽采负压对有效半径的影响不明显。通过现场监测验证了数值模拟的可靠性,进一步确定了润东煤业3^(#)煤层设计瓦斯钻孔直径为108 mm时,预抽时间为30 d、60 d、90 d三个时间段预抽瓦斯的有效半径分别为1.4 m、2.2 m、3.0 m,为现场预抽瓦斯钻孔布置起到借鉴作用。Aiming at the problems of the extraction effective radius for pre gas extraction cannot be accurately determined and others in the 3#coal seam of Rundong Coal Industry,through using methods of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the influencing factors of the extraction effective radius are analyzed.The results show that the controllable influencing factors of the extraction effective radius mainly include extraction time,extraction negative pressure,and extraction borehole hole diameter.The comparative analysis shows that there is a positive correlation between extraction time,borehole hole diameter,and effective radius,expressed as R=At^(B),and the impact of extraction negative pressure on effective radius is not significant.The reliability of numerical simulation is verified through on-site monitoring,further confirmation is made that when the diameter of the designed gas borehole in the 3^(#)coal seam of Rundong Coal Industry is 108 mm,the effective radii for pre extraction gas during the three time periods of 30 d,60 d,and 90 d are 1.4 m,2.2 m and 3.0 m,respectively.This provides a reference role for the borehole layout of pre extraction gas on site.
