摘 要:在架空管道与埋地管道的定期检验过程中,常常会检测出超标缺陷,而使用单位往往由于客观原因难以在有限时间内完成返修工作。为确保压力管道能够安全运行,有必要针对检出的超标缺陷开展安全评定。本文依据GB/T 19624—2019和SY/T 6477—2017的方法,并运用专业的管系应力分析软件CAESAR II来进行建模分析,以某钢铁集团和某燃气公司的管道作为实例实施了评价计算。评价结果显示,其超标缺陷均能符合要求,可在下一个检验周期内予以监控运行,待到符合返修条件时,再对其超标缺陷进行返修处理。In the regular inspection process of overhead pipelines and buried pipelines,excessive defects are often detected.Due to objective reasons,the user units often cannot complete the repair work within a limited time.In order to ensure the safe operation of pressure pipelines,it is necessary to conduct safety assessment on the detected excessive defects.This article is based on the methods of GB/T 19624—2019 and SY/T 6477—2017,and uses the professional pipe system stress analysis software CAESAR II for modeling and analysis.Taking the pipelines of a certain steel group and a certain gas company as examples,evaluation calculations have been carried out.The evaluation results show that the excessive defects all meet the requirements and can be monitored and operated in the next inspection cycle,and the excessive defects can be repaired when the repair conditions are met.
