摘 要:为了研究天然气管道内部焊缝处积液规律,本文搭建了气液两相实验环路,开展天然气管道焊缝积液模拟实验,研究不同因素对焊缝部位积液情况的影响规律。结果表明:在高流速下,倾斜角度较小时,随含水率增大,焊缝积液区域呈增大趋势,倾斜角度为30°时,随含水率增大,焊缝积液区域呈先增大后减小的趋势。在高含水率时,随气体流速增大,倾斜角度较小时,焊缝积液区域呈增大趋势,倾斜角度为30°时,焊缝积液区域先增大后减小;随着倾斜角度增大,流速为12 m/s时,焊缝积液区域呈增大趋势,流速为16m/s时,焊缝积液区域呈减小趋势。In order to study the accumulation pattern of liquid in welding seams of natural gas pipelines,an air-liquid two-phase experimental loop was set up,and natural gas pipeline welding seam liquid simulation experiments were conducted to study the influence law of different factors on the accumulation situation of welding seams.The results show that at high flow velocity and small inclination angles,the weld fluid accumulation area tends to increase with increasing moisture content.However,at an inclination angle of 30°,the weld fluid accumulation area tends to increase first and then decrease with increasing moisture content.At a small inclination angle,the weld fluid accumulation area tends to increase with increasing gas flow velocity at high moisture content.But at an inclination angle of 30°,the weld fluid accumulation area tends to increase first and then decrease with increasing gas flow velocity at high moisture content.At high moisture content,the weld fluid accumulation area tends to increase with increasing inclination angle at a flow velocity of 12 m/s.At a flow velocity of 16 m/s,the weld fluid accumulation area tends to decrease with increasing inclination angle.
