摘  要:本文以铅锌烧结矿为原料,采用响应曲面法研究了不同因素之间的交互作用对氧化锌还原过程的影响。首先,选定还原温度、还原时间、配炭量这3个工艺参数作为影响因子,以锌还原率作为响应值,通过基于中心组合设计的响应曲面法设计出三因素五水平的优化实验方案;其次,对优化实验结果进行拟合,得到了氧化锌还原过程的回归模型;最后,利用回归模型对氧化锌还原过程进行优化。研究结果表明:氧化锌还原过程模型精度高,还原温度和还原时间对锌还原率的影响显著,在还原温度为1 422 K、还原时间为18.7 min、2.94倍理论配炭量的优化条件下,锌还原率的预测值为94.13%,验证实验值为94.36%,与预测值的相对误差为0.24%,说明优化方案准确、可靠,并达到了优化工艺参数的目的。Lead-zinc sinter was used as material and the effect of interaction between various factors on zinc oxide reduction process was studied by response surface methodology.Firstly,three process parameters of reduction temperature,reduction time and carbon addition amount were regarded as independent variables,and zinc reduction ratio was regarded as dependent variables.Optimization scheme with 3 factors and 5 levels was designed by response surface methodology based on central composite design.Secondly,optimized results were fitted,and regression model of znic oxide reduction was obtained.Finally,zinc reduction process was optimized by regression model.The results show that regression model is highly accurate,and zinc reduction ratio is influenced by reduction temperature and reduction time significantly.Under the optimized conditions of reduction temperature of 1422 K,reduction time of 18.7 min,and 2.94 times of stoichiometric carbon,the predicted value of zinc reduction ratio is 94.13%,the experimental value is 94.36%,and the relative error of them is 0.24%.The optimization scheme is accurate and reliable,and the purpose of optimizing the process is achieved.
