摘 要:为了研究螺栓连接结构的非均匀预紧对结构振动特性的影响,本文提出了一种螺栓法兰连接双圆柱壳结构的半解析动力学建模方法。首先,考虑非均匀预紧,研究了带法兰的螺栓连接双圆柱壳结构的半解析建模方法,并在建模中考虑了法兰对结构动力学特性的影响,提出了一种用连接弧来模拟螺栓结合部力学特性的建模方法,对双圆柱壳、法兰、边界条件以及螺栓法兰处连接条件下的能量进行分析,引入正交多项式作为位移容许函数,利用拉格朗日方程建立了螺栓法兰连接双圆柱壳结构的动力学方程;然后,通过组建的试验系统证明了所创建的半解析模型在均匀和非均匀预紧力条件下求解螺栓法兰连接双圆柱壳结构振动特性的合理性;最后,基于所创建的模型分析了非均匀预紧的螺栓位置和完全松动的螺栓数量对双圆柱壳结构的固有特性的影响。研究结果表明:螺栓非均匀预紧幅度降低会导致结构固有频率降低,交叉位置螺栓预紧力减小导致结构固有频率降低幅度更大,松动螺栓数量增加会引起结构固有频率较为均匀地小幅减小,且非均匀预紧和螺栓松动均会引起结构的振型不再沿着周向对称分布。To investigate the effect of non-uniform preload on the vibration characteristics of bolted structures,a semi-analytical dynamic modeling method for a double cylindrical shell with bolted flange connections was proposed.Firstly,a semi-analytical modeling approach was developed considering non-uniform preload in the bolted flange connection of the double cylindrical shell.The influence of the flange on the dynamic characteristics was considered,and a modeling method using connecting arcs to simulate the mechanical properties of the bolted joints was introduced.An energy analysis was performed for the double cylindrical shells,flanges,boundary conditions,and connection conditions at the bolted flanges.Orthogonal polynomials were used as displacement admissible functions.Secondly,the dynamic equations of the double cylindrical shell with bolted flange connections were established by using Lagrange's equations.The created semi-analytical model was validated through an experimental system under both uniform and non-uniform preload conditions.Finally,the model was used to analyze the effects of non-uniform preload location,reduction in preload magnitude,and the number of fully loosened bolts on the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the double cylindrical shell structure.The results show that the decrease in non-uniform preload magnitude reduces the natural frequencies.The reduction of preload at cross positions leads to the more significant decrease in natural frequencies.The increase of the number of loosened bolts causes a relatively uniform small reduction in natural frequencies.These changes also result in mode shapes that are no longer symmetrically distributed around the circumference.
