摘 要:肿瘤患者常受到化疗相关不良反应困扰,严重影响其生存质量。缓解肿瘤患者化疗后不良反应是临床关注的重点。中医饮食护理在临床应用广泛,尤其在缓解胃肠道不良反应方面尤其独特的优势。本研究就中医食疗的发展、化疗导致不良反应的机制以及中医药膳缓解化疗后不良反应的应用进展进行综述,以为后续相关研究提供理论支持。In recent years,with the increasing incidence of cancer and the application of che⁃motherapy,toxic and side effects after chemotherapy have seriously affected patients'quality of life.Therefore,alleviating adverse reactions after chemotherapy is an urgent clinical problem.The role of Traditional Chinese Medicine diet nursing in alleviating adverse reactions of chemo⁃therapy has been gradually recognized,but there is still a lack of systematic scientific research and professional nursing methods.By summarizing relevant studies on the current status of Traditional Chinese Medicine diet nursing after chemotherapy,this paper summarizes the unique advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine diet nursing in alleviating the toxic and adverse reactions of pa⁃tients after chemotherapy,and provides theoretical support for subsequent relevant studies.
