摘　　要：总结应用基于加速康复外科(ERAS)理念的临床护理路径对3例肝移植术后儿童行肝穿刺活检术的全程护理管理。护理重点与难点包括:术后密切监测生命体征,预防出血;麻醉复苏期防治出现谵妄,做好疼痛管理;预防呛咳,复苏后争取早期进食;做好患儿心理诱导及延续性随访,保持患儿良好依从性;按照ERAS临床护理路径积极做好肝穿刺活检术前、术中护理配合及健康教育,实施快速康复计划,提供科学有效的护理服务,确保患儿顺利离院。This paper summarized the practice of clinical nursing pathway based on enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in the whole process management of 3 children undergoing programmed liver biopsy 2 years after liver transplantation.Key points of nursing included closely monitoring of vital signs after operation to prevent bleeding;Actively management of pain;Prevention and treatment of delirium during anesthesia recovery period to avoid other risk factors;Actively preventing choking,early-stage oral feeding after resuscitation,psychological induction and continuous follow-up,maintaining good compliance of children,implementing rapid rehabilitation plan,and providing scientific and effective nursing services.
