摘　　要：本文从家庭支持国内外研究现状、国内家庭支持研究工具、家庭支持的影响因素切入,探讨家庭支持对糖尿病前期人群的健康有积极影响,包括生物学指标改善、自我护理提升、家庭功能优化、心理状态改善和健康素养提高。家庭支持在糖尿病前期预防与管理中至关重要,未来需深入探究其作用机制,以促进临床实践和人群健康。This paper reviewed domestic and foreign research status of family support,research tools and influencing factors of family support on biological indicators,self-care ability,family function,psychological state and health literacy of subjects with pre-diabetes.Family support is crucial in the prevention and management of pre-diabetes,and its mechanisms need to be further explored to promote clinical practice and population health.
