摘 要:为降低箱货双方在线上交易的风险性,采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法建立箱主信用评估模型和货主信用评估模型。首先基于箱货双方交易需求,从企业自身情况、集装箱/货物描述、历史订单情况和服务评价四个主要影响因素出发,分别构建了4个一级指标、14个二级指标的箱主信用评价指标体系,4个一级指标、11个二级指标的货主信用评价指标体系;再采用AHP计算出各指标的权重;最后运用模糊综合评价法对集装箱主、货主的信用进行示例评估计算。通过这两个评估模型可提高箱主和货主的信用评价的科学性和准确性。In order to reduce the risk of online transactions between container and cargo parties,the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method are used to establish a credit evaluation model for container owners and a credit evaluation model for cargo owners.Firstly,based on the transaction needs of both the container and cargo parties,starting from the four main influencing factors of the enterprise's own situation,container/cargo description,historical order situation,and service evaluation,a container owner credit evaluation index system with 4 primary indicators and 14 secondary indicators,and a shipper credit evaluation index system with 4 primary indicators and 11 secondary indicators were constructed respectively.Then AHP is used to calculate the weights of each indicator.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to evaluate and calculate the creditworthiness of container owners and shippers as an example.These two evaluation models can improve the scientific and accurate credit evaluation of container owners and shippers.
