摘  要:为准确研判高速扩建钢桥施工过程中的各因素危险性,提出一种基于改进CUOWGA算子赋权评估方法。首先,通过文献研究,引入WSR方法,从事理、物理、人理等3个方面构建了高速扩建钢桥施工风险体系;引入模糊语义量化算子和规范化决策矩阵优化CUOWGA算子运算过程,以降低指标主观性,实现高速扩建钢桥施工风险指标赋权。研究结果表明,人理因素是影响施工安全的主要层面。In order to accurately assess the hazards of various factors during the construction process of high-speed expansion steel bridges,a weighted evaluation method based on an improved CUOWGA operator is proposed.Firstly,through literature research,the WSR method was introduced to construct a risk system for the construction of high-speed expansion steel bridges from three aspects:rational,physical,and human factors.The fuzzy semantic quantization operator and normalized decision matrix are introduced to optimize the CUOWGA operator operation process,in order to reduce the subjectivity of indicators and achieve the weighting of risk indicators for high-speed expansion steel bridge construction.The research results indicate that human factors are the main aspect affecting construction safety.
