摘  要:贵州凭借其丰富的自然资源和独特的地理气候,发展出了独具特色的黔菜体系。在政府的积极推动下,通过出台多项政策支持餐饮企业的发展,并通过线上线下融合、冷链物流等手段提升黔菜产业的规模与影响力,黔菜品牌建设和行业影响力得到显著提升。然而,行业仍面临市场主体培育不足和创新力度不够等挑战。本文首先对贵州生态黔菜行业的环境进行分析,并通过SWOT分析贵州生态黔菜连锁经营的内部优势与劣势,以及面临的外部机遇与威胁,最后提出贵州生态黔菜连锁经营的建议。Relying on its rich natural resources and unique geographical climate,Guizhou has developed a unique Qian cuisine system.With the active promotion of the government,through the introduction of a number of policies to support the development of catering enterprises,and by means of online and offline integration,cold chain logistics,etc.,the scale and influence of the Qian cuisine industry have been enhanced,and the brand building and industry influence of Qian cuisine have been significantly improved.However,the industry still faces challenges such as insufficient cultivation of market players and insufficient innovation efforts.This article first analyzes the environment of the Guizhou ecological Qiancai industry,and uses SWOT to analyze the internal strengths and weaknesses of the chain operation of Guizhou ecological Qiancai,as well as the external opportunities and threats it faces.Finally,it puts forward suggestions for the chain operation of Guizhou ecological Qiancai.
