摘 要:近年来我国大力发展城际铁路,在桥梁架设施工中,一般采取架桥机直接将箱梁架设到位。高架车站或枢纽线路往往采用侧式车站,靠近站台的线路为单线,导致与主线双线梁的梁体外形与重量大不相同,同时单线梁只涉及车站附近30~40孔梁的梁体,常规的施工方式有现浇、预制后换架桥机架设、预制后吊车架设等做法,但现浇施工时间长、更换架桥机或吊车架设设备进出场费用高,都不太经济且吊车架梁对基础要求高及施工范围要求大,因此寻求一种新的施工方式来解决上述问题非常必要。In recent years,China has developed intercity railways vigorously.In bridge construction,bridge erecting machines are generally used to directly erect box girders in place.Elevated stations or hub lines often use side stations,and the line near the platform is a single track,resulting in a beam shape and weight that is significantly different from the main line's double track beam.At the same time,single track beams only involve beams with 30~40 holes near the station.Conventional construction methods include cast-in-place,prefabricated and replaced with bridge erecting machines,and prefabricated and crane erecting.However,cast-in-place construction takes a long time,and the cost of replacing bridge erecting machines or crane erecting equipment entering and leaving the site is high.The crane frame beam also has high requirements for the foundation and construction scope.Therefore,it is necessary to seek a new construction method to solve the above problems.
