探索超小直径混凝土芯样与标准芯样之间的强度关系——材料选择与测试

摘  要:使用当地原材料的预拌混凝土,在现场制作成型混凝土板及试块,养护到28天在混凝土板上进行了取芯,在混凝土试块上进行了超声回弹及抗压实验,获取了大量试验数据,本次试验重点研究了φ30.5mm×30.5mm;φ35mm×35mm;φ42mm×42mm混凝土小芯样强度值与混凝土标准芯样和标准试块强度值之间的相关关系,通过回归分析并结合以前研究的成果,得出关于小直径芯样强度的结论,用于探索在工程中的实际应用,弥补小直径芯样的空白。Local raw materials of ready--mixed concrete were used to make molded concrete slabs and test blocks on site.After curing for 28 days,core was taken on the concrete slabs,ultrasonic rebound and compressive tests were carried out on the concrete test blocks,and a large number of test data were obtained.The test focused on 30.5mm×30.5mm;35mm×35mm.Based on the correlation between the strength value of 42mm×42mm concrete small core sample and the strength value of concrete standard core sample and standard test block,through regression analysis and combining the results of previous studies,the conclusion on the strength of small diameter core sample is drawn,which is used to explore the practical application in engineering and make up the blank of small diameter core sample.
