摘 要:本文以地下两层箱涵结构为对象,采用有限元分析软件Autodesk robot analysis,对三种支架布置方案进行受力计算、比选及经济性分析。结果表明,覆土4~5m的地下箱涵结构,在施工顶板时,提前拆除地下二层全部支架将导致中板受力弯矩大幅上升,无法满足承载力要求,而优化布置地下二层支架,能够在满足中板承载力的情况下,提高材料周转率和经济效益。相关分析结论可以对将来类似工程的施工提供一些有益的参考。Taking the two-story underground box culvert structure as the research object,this paper uses the finite element analysis software Autodesk robot analysis to conduct force calculation,comparison and economic analysis on three support arrangement schemes.The results show that for the underground box culvert structure with a soil cover of 4~5m,when the roof is under construction,removing all the supports on the second underground floor in advance will lead to a significant increase in the bending moment of the middle slab,failing to meet the bearing capacity requirements.However,by optimizing the arrangement of the supports on the second underground floor,it is possible to improve the material turnover rate and economic benefits while meeting the bearing capacity requirements of the middle slab.The relevant analysis conclusions can provide some useful references for the construction of similar projects in the future.
