摘 要:文章探讨了矿山开采过程中岩石破碎块度及磨矿效率的影响因素,强调了矿山爆破和磨矿对提高采矿效率的重要性,介绍了矿山开采在我国经济社会中的重要地位,以及爆破工艺在矿石处理中的关键作用。研究表明,岩石的抗压强度、抗拉强度和密度等物理性质显著影响破碎后的块度。炸药的特性,如爆速和威力,也会对岩石破碎效果产生重要影响。此外,研磨介质的类型、填充率及研磨时间对磨矿效果至关重要。不同类型的磨矿介质在物理特性和适用场合上存在差异,选择合适的介质能显著提高磨矿效率。同时,优化磨矿参数,例如确定适宜的填充率和研磨时间,有助于实现理想的粒度分布,减少能耗并提升生产效率。最后,文章提出了优化磨矿作业的具体措施,包括改进磨矿介质材料、优化磨矿参数和形状设计。The paper discusses the influencing factors of rock crushing lumpiness and milling efficiency in the mining process,emphasizes the importance of mine blasting and milling to improve the mining efficiency,and introduces the important position of mine mining in China's economy and society,as well as the key role of the blasting process in the treatment of ores.Studies have shown that the physical properties of rocks,such as compressive strength,tensile strength and density,significantly affect the block size after crushing.Characteristics of explosives,such as bursting speed and power,also have a significant impact on the rock crushing effect.In addition,the type of grinding media,filling rate and grinding time are critical to the grinding effect.Different types of grinding media differ in physical properties and applicable occasions,and choosing the right media can significantly improve the grinding efficiency.At the same time,optimization of grinding parameters,such as determining the appropriate filling rate and grinding time,can help to achieve the ideal particle size distribution,reduce energy consumption and improve production efficiency.Finally,the article proposes specific measures to optimize the grinding operation,including improvement of grinding media materials,optimization of grinding parameters and shape design.
