摘 要:为了确保高速铁路的运行安全,解决因地质灾害频发及不良地质外部环境的变化引起的桥梁墩台下沉和梁体的位移变形等问题,本文结合既有线云桂高速铁路白腊寨2#四线大桥同步顶升纠偏现场施工经验,采用全自动液压三维精调系统,对白腊寨2#四线大桥连续箱梁进行同步顶升,解决了梁体顶升过程中不均衡受力造成梁体偏移的情况,确保了施工安全可靠,为类似条件下桥梁纠偏提供可借鉴经验。In order to ensure the safety of high-speed railway operation,solve the problems of bridge pier subsidence and displacement deformation of beam body caused by frequent geological disasters and the changes of bad geological external environment,this paper combined with the existing line YunGui high-speed railway white la village 2#four line bridge synchronous jacking rectifying field construction experience,using automatic hydraulic 3D fine tuning system to synchronously lift the continuous box girder of the Bailazhai 2#four line bridge,solving the problem of beam displacement caused by uneven force during the lifting process.It ensures the safety and reliability of the construction,and provides the reference experience for the bridge deviation correction strip under the similar parts.
