摘　　要：文章通过对干拌砂浆现场使用过程的离析问题、砂浆离析对砂浆基本性能参数的影响以及砂浆离析产生的可能原因等方面进行分析,提出了几点经过现场应用确实可行的方案建议,降低了砂浆的离析程度,降低了盾构同步注浆堵管的频次,为现场大容量移动筒仓的应用提供了理论支撑。The article analyzes the segregation problem during the on-site use of dry mixed mortar,the influence of mortar segregation on the basic performance parameters of mortar,and the possible causes of mortar segregation.Several feasible solutions are proposed through on-site application,which reduce the degree of mortar segregation and the frequency of synchronous grouting blockage of shield tunneling.This provides theoretical support for the application of large capacity mobile silos on site.
