铁路货车减振胶料硫化工艺研究

摘  要:制备了1号、2号、3号3种性能不同的减振胶料,借助门尼硫化仪测试了3种减振胶料在不同温度下的硫化特性和门尼焦烧性能,并对其硫化曲线和性能参数进行了分析和计算。结果表明,1号减振胶料适宜的硫化条件为145~150℃、6.79~49.74 min;2号减振胶料适宜的硫化条件为150~155℃、8.95~50.20 min;3号减振胶料适宜的硫化条件为145~150℃、5.89~57.34 min。1号、2号减振胶料可采用注压硫化和模压硫化两种方式生产,3号减振胶料采用模压硫化的方式生产更好。Three types of vibration damping rubber materials with different properties are prepared,the vulcanization characteristics and Mooney scorch performance of the three kind of damping rubber materials are tested at different temperatures by the aid of a Mooney vulcameter,and their vulcanization curves and performance parameters are analyzed and calculated.The results show that the suitable vulcanization conditions for Type 1 damping rubber material are 145-150℃for 6.79-49.74 min;the suitable vulcanization conditions for Type 2 damping rubber material are 150-155℃for 8.95-50.20 min;and the suitable vulcanization conditions for Type 3 damping rubber material are 145-150℃for 5.89-57.34 min.Type 1 and Type 2 damping rubber materials can be produced by injection mold⁃ing vulcanization and compression molding vulcanization,while Type 3 damping rubber material can be better produced by mold press⁃ing vulcanization.
