摘 要:针对自由锻生产的钢质传动盘,设计模锻件及锻造模具并制定锻造工艺。运用Deform-3D模拟软件对传动盘成形过程进行数值模拟,研究其金属流动过程型腔充满性和折叠缺陷等情况,确定工艺中的隐藏缺陷。重新设计镦粗模及锻造工艺过程,优化金属流动,并通过模拟验证新的锻造方案,确定后续试制方案。最后,通过传动盘的热模锻生产试验,得到了符合质量要求的锻件。结果证明,数值模拟能够较好地反映锻造过程金属流动及最终成形效果,有效指导工艺设计,减少试制次数,从而缩短产品的研发周期,降低生产成本,也为后续其他锻件试制提供参考。Aiming at the steel driving disc produced by free forging method,the die forging and forging die are designed and the forging process is formulated.Deform-3D simulation software is used to simulate the forming process of the driving disc,so as to study the cav⁃ity filling and folding defects in the metal flow process and determine the hidden defects of the process.The upsetting die and forging process are redesigned,the metal flow is optimized,the new forging scheme is verified on the basis of simulation,and subsequent trial production scheme is determined.Finally,the forgings that meet the quality requirements are obtained through the production test of hot die forging of the driving discs.The results show that the numerical simulation can embody the metal flow and final forming effect during the forging process,effectively guide the process design,reduce the frequency of trial production,therefore shortening the product de⁃velopment cycle,reducing the production cost,and serving as a reference for subsequent trial production of other forgings.
