摘  要:文章主要介绍一种能够对地铁、动车等车辆的车体外部(侧墙、端墙、车顶)涂装交验时的涂层厚度、光泽度、色差以及车内底漆涂层的厚度等质量参数进行自动检测的设备,包括设备基本要求、硬件组成及功能、编程、作业流程以及检测结果等。通过桁架式轨道与机器人及检测设备结合,应用于地铁车体涂装接触式测量作业,实现自动化检测代替传统人工检测,有效提升检测效率及检测数据的一致性与稳定性,同时可将检测数据实时传输,配合中央控制系统、质量管理系统等实现产品质量合格与否的自动判定等,对城市轨道交通车辆车体涂装自动化检测技术应用具有参考意义。This article mainly introduces an automatic detection device for quality parameters such as coating thickness,glossiness,color difference of the coating on the exterior of car bodies(side walls,end walls and roofs)and the thickness of primer coating on the interior of car bodies of metro vehicles and EMUs during the examination for delivery,including basic requirements for the device,hardware structure,function,programming,operation procedure,and inspection results.By combining gantry and track with robot and the detection device,contact measurement of coatings on the metro vehicle body is realized to replace traditional manual detection,ef⁃fectively improving detection efficiency,consistency and stability of detection data.In the meantime,the detection data can be transmit⁃ted in real time,and the automatic assessment of product quality is achieved in coordination with the central control system,quality management system,etc.This research is of a guiding significance for the application of automated coating detection technology to urban rail vehicles.
