摘 要:为提高对高速动车组铝合金轴箱体缺陷的检测能力,尤其是针对在役狭小空间的扫查工况,通过在铝合金轴箱体上的关键受力区域设计人工缺陷,模拟类比表面和内部可能发生的自然缺陷,分别采用常规超声和超声相控阵检测技术,研究在不同扫查位置对各人工缺陷的检出能力。试验结果显示超声相控阵能够在距离100 mm位置,有效检出10 mm×0.2 mm×2 mm的人工刻槽缺陷,解决了狭小空间扫查铝合金轴箱体潜在缺陷的检测难点。对比分析常规超声与超声相控阵的检测结果,提出了在运用和高级修等不同工况下铝合金轴箱体的超声检测工艺,节约了检测成本。In order to enhance the defect detection capability of aluminum axle box bodies on high-speed EMUs,especially for the scanning conditions in narrow space in service,artificial defects are designed in key stress areas on the aluminum alloy axle box body to simulate natural defects that may occur on the surface and inside.Conventional ultrasonic testing techniques and ultrasonic phased array detection techniques are used respectively to study the detection capability of various artificial defects at different scanning locations.The test results show that the ultrasonic phased array techniques can effectively detect artificial defects of 10 mm×0.2 mm×2 mm at a distance of 100 mm,overcoming the difficulty in detecting potential defects in aluminum axle boxes in narrow space.By comparing and analyzing the testing results of conventional ultrasonic and ultrasonic phased array techniques,an ultrasonic testing process for alu⁃minum axle box body in operation and higher level overhaul under different working conditions is proposed to save testing cost.
