摘 要:为探究多物理场刺激对睡眠障碍的调制效果,本研究采用电、声多物理场刺激对80名受试者进行30 min的睡眠调制实验,采集受试者60 min的睡眠脑电(eletroencephalogram,EEG)信号,并收集刺激前后受试者填写的正负情绪量表和斯坦福嗜睡程度量表。利用量表得分、激活比和重心频率多维特征,对睡眠调制效果进行评估。结果显示,135~155 Hz的高频波形刺激可有效降低负面情绪、嗜睡程度和重心频率;70~90 Hz的次高频波形刺激对正负情绪及嗜睡程度均无显著影响,但可降低重心频率;高低频(135~155 Hz、6~10 Hz)混合波形刺激能提升正情绪和重心频率,降低负情绪和嗜睡程度。本研究验证了多物理场刺激调制睡眠的有效性,为失眠提供了一种新的调制手段,可为后续研究提供新的思路。In order to explore the modulation effect of multi-physical field stimulation on sleep disorders,we used electrical and acoustic multi-physical field stimulation to carry out sleep modulation experiment on 80 participants for 30 min.Subsequently,the 60 min sleep electroencephalogram(EEG)signals were collected from the participants,along with pre-and post-stimulation assessments using positive and negative affect scales(PANAS)and the Stanford sleepiness scale(SSS).The effectiveness of sleep modulation was evaluated through multiple dimensions,including scale scores,activation ratios and gravity frequency.The research results indicated that 135~155 Hz high-frequency waveform stimulation could effectively reduce negative emotion scales,sleepiness,and gravity frequency.70~90 Hz sub-high-frequency waveform stimulation did not significantly affect positive or negative emotions or sleepiness,but could lower gravity frequency.Mixed waveform stimulation of high and low frequencies(135~155 Hz and 6~10 Hz)enhanced positive emotions and gravity frequency while reduced negative emotions and sleepiness.This study validates the effectiveness of multi-physical field stimulation in modulating sleep,can offer a new modulation method for insomnia,and provide new ideas for future research.
