摘　　要：本文阐述了笔者公司制冷机组(冰机)控制系统由原昆腾单板机更换为西门子S7-1500PLC系统的应用解析,重点介绍了西门子S7-1500 PLC系统生产装置的应用情况和改造后的优势亮点,以及对原联锁程序的优化。同时,配制触摸屏及按钮以实现原有就地控制盘的相同的显示及操作功能。通过西门子PLC逻辑编程控制取缔现场单板机的控制方案,排除隐患,提高制冷控制系统的稳定性。This article explains the application analysis of replacing the original Quantum single-board computer with a Siemens S7-1500 PLC system in the control system of refrigeration units(ice machines).It focuses on the application of the Siemens S7-1500 PLC system in production equipment,the advantages after the upgrade,and the optimization of the original interlock program.Additionally,a touch screen and buttons have been configured to achieve the same display and operation functions as the original local control panel.By replacing the on-site single-board computer control scheme with Siemens PLC logic programming control,potential risks are eliminated,improving the stability of the refrigeration control system.
