摘 要:本文提出了一种基于西门子S7-1200系列可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)的清洗控制系统,适用于地铁清洗设备。该系统使用传感器和可编程控制器为核心,可实现地铁车身表面的自动清洗以及设备状态的监控。首先,对地铁清洗需求进行分析并确定控制方案。接着,根据控制方案进行器件选型和硬件设计,绘制了电气主回路图、电气控制电路图以及PLC模块接线图。最后,利用博途软件进行编程与软硬件调试,并开发了触摸屏监控界面。实际使用表明,所设计的控制系统完全满足地铁车身清洗要求,极大地提高了清洗效率。A cleaning control system based on Siemens S7-1200 series programmable logic controller(PLC)had been developed for subway cleaning equipment.The system was controlled by the sensors and PLC,which could achieve automatic cleaning of subway body surfaces and monitoring of equipment status.Firstly,the control plan was established by analysis requirements of train cleaning.Secondly,electrical main circuit diagram,electrical control circuit diagram and PLC module wiring diagram were drawn via control scheme for device selection and the hardware design.Finally,Botu software was programmed and software and hardware debugging was carried out.A touch screen monitoring interface was also developed.Actual use indicated that the designed control system fully met requirements of subway body cleaning and the cleaning efficiency had been greatly improved.
