摘  要:全向位移计是一种高精度传感器,应用广泛,如结构物稳定性监测、高速公路边坡监测、自然灾害预警等。其基于微机电系统(MEMS)技术,结合导轮机构等设计,确保传感器与侧斜管紧密配合,并满足不同数量和间距的需求。通过对全向位移计开展载荷测试、户外耐腐蚀性测试等,发现了工程化应用中遇到的不锈钢基板点蚀,以及金属接触面出现絮状物等问题。针对试验现象进行研究,对结构、加工工艺和材料进行了全面优化和调整,提出了完整的解决方案,优化设计后的全向位移计满足设计要求的同时,能在恶劣环境下长期稳定工作。Omnidirectional displacement sensor is a high-precision sensor widely used,such as structural stability monitoring,highway slope monitoring,natural disaster warning and so on.It is based on micro electro mechanical systems(MEMS) technology,combined with the design of the guide wheel mechanism,to ensure a tight fit between the sensor and the inclined tube,and to meet the requirements of different quantities and spacing.Through load testing and outdoor corrosion resistance testing of omnidirectional displacement sensors,problems such as pitting corrosion on stainless steel substrates and the appearance of flocculent substances on metal contact surfaces encountered in engineering applications were discovered.We conducted research on experimental phenomena,comprehensively optimized and adjusted the structure,processing technology,and materials,and proposed a complete solution.The optimized omnidirectional displacement meter meets the design requirements and can work stably in harsh environments for a long time.
