摘　　要：中国共产党领导人民在新民主主义革命时期,以艰苦卓绝的努力和坚忍不拔的毅力,成功开辟了红色法治道路,创造了中国红色法治文化,在法治理论、法治道路及法治体系上,表现出了历史方位的先进性。中国法治人才培养要自觉传承和弘扬红色法治文化,就是要将红色法治文化的传承和弘扬融入法治人才培养的全过程。这既有利于为社会主义法治人才铸魂定向,也有利于法治人才在法律实践中,坚持以马克思主义为指导,同时也有利于增强法治人才的社会主义法治文化自信。中国法治人才培养要把红色法治文化的传承与弘扬,落实在课程体系、思政课程、课程思政及校园文化活动中,为固守中国法治的社会主义本质提供人才保障。During the New Democratic Revolution,the Communist Party of China with arduous endeavors and perseverance led the people to successfully open up the red road of red rule of law,create the Chinese red culture of rule of law,and demonstrate the advancement of historical orientation in the theory,road and system of rule of law.Chinese rule of law talent cultivation should consciously inherit and promote the red culture of the rule of law,which means integrating the inheritance and promotion of the red culture of the rule of law into the whole process of the cultivation of rule of law talent.This is not only conducive to the socialist rule of law talent to cast their souls and determine the direction,but also conducive to the rule of law talent in legal practice to adhere to Marxism as guidance.At the same time,it is conducive to enhance the confidence of socialist rule of law culture of rule of law talent.The Chinese rule of law talent cultivation should inherit and promote the Red culture of the rule of law,implement it in the curriculum system,ideological and political courses,curriculum-based ideological and political education,and campus cultural activities,so as to provide talent to safeguard the socialist essence of Chinese rule of law.
