摘　　要：人工智能的兴起对法治建设与法学教育提出了新挑战。为推动人工智能与法学教育实现从形式融合到实质融合的转变,高校探索出利用科技赋能法学教育、将计算思维融入法学教育体系、单独成立人工智能法学院等模式。然而,在实践中难以解决智能技术冲击传统教育理念、智能法学课程体系适用性不足、技术过度扩张消解思政元素等问题。法律知识图谱作为法的要素与人工智能的集合产品,能够成为人工智能与法律对话的桥梁,而领域理论则能够有效化解人工智能法学在传统学科划分中的定位难题。有必要根据法律知识图谱革新教学理念,通过德育铸就卓越法治人才之魂,结合领域理论完善实践教学体系,探索构建人工智能法学人才的培养路径。The rise of artificial intelligence has posed new challenges to the construction of the rule of law and legal education,and artificial intelligence and legal education need to realize the transformation from formal integration to substantive integration.Some colleges and universities at home and abroad have explored the use of science and technology to empower the practice of legal education,integrate computational thinking into the legal education system,and establish a separate artificial intelligence law school and other methods,which have strongly promoted the integration of artificial intelligence and legal education.However,there are still problems such as insufficient applicability of the intelligent legal curriculum system,and over-expansion of technology to undermining the elements of ideology and politics.As a collection of elements of law and artificial intelligence,legal knowledge graph can become a bridge for the dialogue between artificial intelligence and law,while field theory can effectively solve problems of the positioning of artificial intelligence jurisprudence in the traditional disciplinary division.It is necessary to revolutionize the teaching concept in accordance with the legal knowledge graph,nurture the soul of excellent rule of law talent through moral education,improve the practical teaching system by combining the field theory,and explore the path to cultivate excellent rule of law talent of artificial intelligence in the new era.
