摘　　要：2024年10月,中华外科杂志发表了中华医学会外科学分会和中国研究型医院学会感染性疾病循证与转化专业委员会共同制定的《中国艰难梭菌感染诊治及预防指南(2024)》,该指南对艰难梭菌感染的诊断、治疗与预防方面进行了更新与完善,提出了共20条建议。本文对指南进行解读,以期帮助临床医生更好地认识艰难梭菌感染的诊断与治疗。In October 2024,the Chinese Journal of Surgery published the guideline for diagnosis,treatment and prevention of clostridium difficile infection in China(2024)jointly developed by Chinese Society of Surgery of Chinese Medical Association and Infectious Diseases Society for Evidence-based and Translational Medicine of Chinese Research Hospital Association.This guideline has been updated and improved in the diagnosis,treatment,and prevention of Clostridium difficile infection,with a total of 20 recommendations.This article interprets the guideline in order to help clinical doctors better understand the diagnosis and treatment of Clostridium difficile infection.
