摘 要:为了确保富水地层盾构接收工程的顺利进行,需采取必要的端头加固措施以应对涌水和涌砂等风险。该文以苏州地铁某盾构接收项目为研究对象,采用方案比选、理论分析并综合考虑工程条件,选定了“水平冻结+钢套筒”接收方案。通过理论计算确定了冻结帷幕的关键设计参数。在施工过程中,通过地层温度监测分析了温度场的发展规律,并通过地表沉降监测分析了该施工方案对盾构施工的影响。对冻结施工中的关键技术进行了总结,并对施工影响进行了评估。结果表明该冻结施工方案是安全可行的,为类似工程提供了经验参考。In order to ensure the smooth execution of shield tunnel reception projects in water-rich layers,it is necessary to adopt appropriate reinforcement measures to mitigate risks such as water and sand inflows.Focuseing on a shield tunneling reception project in Suzhou metro as the research object,a selection of the“horizontal freezing+steel casing”reception scheme is carried out by scheme comparison,theoretical analysis,and overall consideration of engineering conditions in this paper.Key design parameters of the frozen curtain are determined through theoretical calculations.During construction process,temperature field development is analyzed through strata temperature monitoring,while the impact of the construction scheme on shield tunneling is assessed through ground surface settlement monitoring.Furthermore,key technologies in freezing construction are summarized,and the construction impact is evaluated.The results demonstrate that the proposed freezing construction scheme is safe and feasible,providing practical reference for similar engineering projects.
