摘　　要：舒巴坦/度洛巴坦是由舒巴坦与度洛巴坦组成的复方β-内酰胺酶抑制剂,于2023年5月经美国FDA批准用于治疗18岁及以上患者由鲍曼不动杆菌-醋酸钙不动杆菌复合群引起的医院获得性细菌性肺炎和呼吸机相关细菌性肺炎。本文对舒巴坦/度洛巴坦的作用机制、体外抗菌活性、药动学、药物相互作用、临床疗效、安全性等进行综述。Sulbactam/dulobactam is a combination of sulbactam and dulobatam,both co-β-lactamase inhibitors.In May 2023,sulbactam/durlobactam was approved by FDA for use in patients at 18 years of age and older for the treatment of hospital-acquired bacterial pneumonia and ventilator-associated bacterial pneumonia caused by susceptible isolates of acinetobacter baumannii-calcoaceticus complex.This article provides a comprehensive review of the mechanism of action,in vitro antibacterial activity,pharmacokinetics,drug interactions,clinical efficacy,and safety profile of sulbactam/dulobactam.
