摘　　要：重组人血管内皮抑制素(恩度)是一种在大肠埃希菌中表达和纯化的新型重组人内皮抑素,于2005年被原国家食品药品监督管理总局批准用于治疗非小细胞肺癌(nonsmall-cell lung cancer,NSCLC),为NSCLC的治疗带来了希望,并成为肿瘤侵袭转移治疗的重要补充。迄今为止,多项研究讨论了恩度治疗NSCLC的有效性和安全性。本文对近年来针对恩度联合化疗、免疫治疗等研究进行总结,期待找出更多有效的恩度联合用药方案。Rh-endostatin(Endostar)is a novel recombinant human endostatin that is expressed and purified from Esche-richia coli.In 2005,it was approved by the State Food and Drug Administration(SFDA)of China for the treatment of NSCLC.This development has brought renewed hope to NSCLC treatment and serves as an important supplement to the treatment of tumor invasion and metastasis.So far,numerous studies have discussed the effectiveness and safety of Endostar in treating NSCLC.This article summarizes the research on the combination therapy and immunotherapy of Endostar in recent years,with the hope of finding more effective Endostar combination therapy options.
