摘 要:交流滤波器作为特高压直流输电系统的重要组成部分,具有调节电压、滤除谐波和提供无功补偿的作用,其安全稳定运行对于直流输电系统至关重要。本文对某±800 kV换流站交流滤波电容器接头发热故障进行了分析与总结,通过温升试验和电容器例行试验,对故障进行前期排查;通过对电容器出线套管接线端子部位的解剖和测试,分析出嵌入式套管接线头与铜绞线压接不良是导致接头发热的主要原因,针对性地提出套管接头工艺改进措施和相应的电容器运维策略,以确保特高压换流站滤波器的安全稳定运行。ACfilter,asanimportantpartofultra-highvoltagedirectcurrent(UHVDC)transmissionsystems,has such functions as regulating voltage,filtering harmonics and providing reactive power compensation,and its safe and stable operation is very important for DC transmission system.In this paper,the heating of the joint of AC filter capacitor at a±800 kV converter station is analyzed and summarized.The early detection of the fault is conducted through temperature rise tests and routine test of capacitor.It is identified by dissecting and testing the wiring terminals of the outgoing bushing of the capacitor that weak crimping between embedded bushing connectors and copper strands is the main cause of the heating of the joint.The specific process improvements measures of the bushing joint and corresponding maintenance strategies of capacitor are proposed so to ensure safe and stable operation of filter of UHV converter station.
