摘  要:由于聚丙烯薄膜具有较高的机械性能和较优良的电气性能,使其在电气装置上广泛应用。为了便于用聚丙烯薄膜制备的电气装置在极端环境(例如高温)下正常使用,提高聚丙烯薄膜的耐高温及其它理化电气性能是十分必要的。影响聚丙烯薄膜耐高温及其它理化电气性能的因素有很多,本文以聚丙烯薄膜的微观因素(含等规度)作为研究对象,主要目的是研究微观因素(含等规度)对薄膜性能的影响,为电力电容器性能的改进提供试验数据支撑。Polypropylene film is used widely in electric devices due to its higher mechanical and better electrical properties.It is necessary to improve the high temperature resistance and other physical as well as chemical electrical properties of the polypropylene film in order to keep the electric devices made of polypropylene film to be used in extreme environments(such as high temperature).However,there are many factors influencing the high temperature resistance and other physical as well as chemical electrical properties of polypropylene film.In this paper,the micro-factors(including the isotacticity)of the polypropylene film is taken as the research object with purpose of researching the influence of the micro-factors(including the isotacticity)on the properties of the polypropylene film and providing test data support for performance improvement of power capacitor.
