摘 要:随着电容器行业的不断发展,国产聚丙烯薄膜拉膜和镀膜的制造技术也在发生着日新月异的进步,性能指标已达到了国际先进水平,为研制国产金属化膜的高储能密度脉冲电容器提供了原材料支撑。为了研制基于国产金属化膜的高储能密度脉冲电容器,文章根据电容器的技术指标,从工作场强的选择、提高耐久性能的设计、产品内部结构的设计、电容器安全性设计等关键技术方面进行了研究,并对电容器元件和样机进行了试验验证,成功研制出储能密度0.8 kJ/L、充放电能量高达156 kJ,充放电寿命达到50000次的脉冲电容器。文章为国产高储能密度脉冲电容器采用国产金属化膜设计与加工制造研制提供探索的思路。With the continuous development of capacitor industry,the manufacturing technology of the drawing and coating of the localized polypropylene film is also undergoing rapid progress and its performance data has reached the advanced level in the world,which provides the support of raw material for the high energy density pulse capacitor based on localized metallized film.In order to develop high energy storage density pulse capacitor based on the localized metallized film,such key technologies as selection of working field strength,design of improving durability performance,design of internal structure of the product and the safety design of the capacitor are studied in accordance with the technical data of the capacitor.The elements of and sample of the capacitor are verified by test,and the pulse capacitor with an energy storage density at 0.8 kJ/L,charge and discharge energy up to 156 kJ and and the charge and discharge life up to 50000 times is developed successfully.This paper provides exploration idea for the design and manufacturing of the localized high energy storage density pulse capacitor with localized metallized flim.
