摘 要:本文从直流支撑电容器的元件卷绕工艺出发,分析卷绕张力对圆元件膜层间压强的影响及其变化规律,得到了膜层间最大压强与元件外径及卷绕张力应力成正比,与芯棒直径成反比的结论;分析了圆元件外径对卷绕张力及其应力的限制要求,元件直增大,要求卷绕张力减小;分析了元件卷绕角速度和线速度的关系,得到了角速度变化率与线速度变化率相等的结论;典型卷绕速度随时间变化曲线表明,元件卷绕过程存在起头区、烧膜区、加速区、稳定区、减速区和收尾区,提出了加速区是元件卷绕工艺的关键;分析了加速区的加速度会形成附加卷绕张力的计算方法,提出了加速度是一个时变参数并实时影响附加张力的结论;通过理论分析和研发过程的一些照片相互印证,论证了元件卷绕加速区与卷绕速度稳定区的结合部,是耐久性试验中元件击穿的集中区,解决这个问题是直流支撑电容器的关键点。这对工程技术人员理解和解决卷绕工艺问题具有十分重要的意义。Based on the winding process of DC-link capacitor in this paper,the influence of winding tension on the inter-layer pressure and its variation are analyzed.The conclusion that the maximum pressure of interlayer is directly proportional to the outer diameter of the element and the winding tension stress and is inversely proportional to the diameter of the mandrel is obtained.The limiting requirements of the outer diameter of the circular element on the winding tension and stress are analyzed.The reduction of the winding tension is required when the diameter of the element is increased.The relationship between the winding angular and linear speed is analyzed,and the conclusion that the variation rate of the angular and linear speed is identical is obtained.The variation curve of typical winding speed with time shows that the element winding process contains starting zone,burning zone,accelerating zone,stabilizing zone,decelerating zone and finishing zone.It is proposed that the accelerating zone is the key of the winding process of the element.The calculation method that the additional winding tension can be formed by the acceleration in the accelerating zone is analyzed and the conclusion that acceleration is a time-varying parameter and affects the additional tension in real time is proposed.It is proved through the theoretical analysis and some photos of the research and development process that the joint part of the winding accelerating zone and the winding speed stability zone of the element is the concentrated zone of element breakdown in the durability test,and solving this problem is the key point of DC-link capacitor.It is of great significance for engineers and technicians to understand and solve the winding process problems.
