摘  要:本文介绍了应用于电力电容器制造行业的一种全自动全膜卷绕机收尾整形改造方案,详细描述了具体改造细节,包括总体改造方案、设计收尾整形机构、气动控制系统改造、电控系统改造、控制程序设计、安装调试及应用效果等各方面内容。文中还公布了具体的实施参数,程序代码等,展示了一个完整的系统改过程,方便进行技术交流,并启发更具创意、有益的优化实践。经过改造后应用证明:对收尾的整形改造可使全自动全膜卷绕机自动实现收尾整形和粘结,较好地解决了元件卷绕收尾的问题和困难,提高了元件质量,降低了劳动强度。In this paper,a kind of shaping transformation scheme of closure of automatic film wrapping machine for power capacitor manufacturing industry is introduced,and the specific transformation details,including such contents as overall transformation plan,design of the closure shaping mechanism,innovation of pneumatic control system,innovation of electronic control system,design of control program,installation and commissioning and application effect,are described in detail.The specific implementation parameters and program code are published also in this paper,a complete system transformation process is shown,facilitating technical exchanges,and inspiring more creative and beneficial optimization practices.It has been proved after the transformation that the transformation of the closure film shaping can make the automatic full film rolling machine automatically realize the shaping and bonding,which better solves the problems and difficulties of element rolling,improves the quality of the element and reduces the labor intensity.
