天然酯绝缘油浸渍电容式电压互感器的电气性能研究

摘　　要：电容式电压互感器(CVT)目前电磁单元内常用矿物油、电容分压器内常用合成油作为绝缘浸渍介质,此介质多为微毒或相对无毒,在生产或废油等危废的处理方面均存在一定的压力。在绿色、环保、低碳的电力发展下,特别是在国内外倡导绿色能源、绿色制造方面,以天然酯绝缘油为代表的环保型绝缘介质具有很大的先天优势。本文通过对CVT常用浸渍剂二芳基乙烷和天然酯绝缘油进行对比,研究电容器介质在不同温度下浸渍天然酯绝缘油的绝缘性能及介质损耗,得出浸渍天然酯绝缘油的电容器介质的绝缘性能基本满足CVT电容分压器的耐压和介损使用要求,制作天然酯绝缘油的CVT样机进行相应的例行试验项目,为后续的冲击试验以及批量试验验证提供数据支撑。At present,mineral oil is commonly used in the electromagnetic unit and synthetic oil in capacitive voltage divider as insulation impregnating media for capacitive voltage transformer(CVT).These media are mostly slightly toxic or relatively non-toxic but face a definite pressure in the production or disposal of hazardous waste such as waste oil.Under the development of green,environmentally friendly and low-carbon electricity,especially in advocating green energy and green manufacturing both at home and abroad,the environmentally friendly insulation media represented by natural ester insulation oil have great inherent advantages.In this paper,the insulation performance and dielectric loss of capacitor media impregnated with natural ester insulating oil at different temperatures is studied through comparing the commonly used impregnating agents for CVT,diarylethane and natural ester insulating oil.It is concluded that the insulation performance of capacitor media impregnated with natural ester insulating oil basically meets the withstanding voltage and dielectric loss requirements of capacitor dividers of CVT.A CVT prototype with natural ester insulating oil is produced and corresponding routine test items are performed,which provide data support for subsequent impact tests and batch test verification.
