摘 要:电容式电压互感器作为电力系统中重要的一次设备,将高电压转换成标准二次电压,为保护、计量、测量装置提供电压信息。本文针对500 kV电容式电压互感器异常发热问题,通过停电前红外测温和停电后的电容量、介损和绝缘油试验,分析查明问题原因,确定问题原因为内部联接片与上盖连接部位虚接后放电,联接片在热能和电蚀的共同作用下脱落后搭接在扩张器上,长时间的放电导致扩张器击穿,绝缘油从上盖法兰处渗漏,同时放电产生的热量传递到法兰引起异常发热。最后针对此类问题,提出相应的预防措施,确保设备安全可靠运行。Capacitor voltage transformer,the important primary equipment of power system,transfers the high voltage into standard secondary voltage and provides voltage information for the protection,metering and measurement device.In view of abnormal heating of 500kV capacitor voltage transformer in this paper,the reason of the problem is analyzed and found by infrared temperature measurement before power off and the capacitance,dielectric loss and insulating oil test after the power off that the reason is the discharge after virtual connection between the internal connection piece and the connection position of the upper cover.The connection piece falls off under the joint action of the heat and electrical corrosion and bounds to the expander.The long term discharge causes breakdown of expander and the insulating oil leaks from the upper cover flange.At the same time,the heat generated by the discharge is transferred to the flange,leading to abnormal heat.Finally,in view of such issue,the corresponding preventive measures are proposed so to assure safe and reliable operation of equipment.
