摘　　要：建筑工程安全性鉴定报告的编写与成果的出具关系到社会稳定及人民生命财产安全。根据多年来编制、审查和批准的既有建筑工程安全性鉴定报告的经验,总结了相应的经验教训。在充分搜集建筑工程建设资料的基础上,检验批划分、抽样数量、检测项目、参数确定和取值及计算模型均应符合国家技术标准规定,如此才能获得科学、客观、公正和实事求是的建筑工程安全性鉴定报告,其工程经验总结可供相关技术人员借鉴。The preparation and issuance of building safety assessment reports are critical to social stability and the safety of people's lives and property.Based on years of experience in compiling,reviewing,and approving existing building safety assessment reports,this paper summarizes relevant lessons and experiences.With comprehensive building construction data collection,the study emphasizes the importance of inspection sampling,quantity,test items,parameter determination and values,and calculation models that conform to national technical standards.This approach ensures the creation of scientific,objective,fair,and fact-based building safety assessment reports.The engineering experience summarized here can serve as a valuable reference for related technical personnel.
