摘　　要：人防工程建设涉及地基基础、主体结构、安装工程、防水、装饰装修施工等诸多问题。尽管人防工程主体结构施工在分项组成上与普通框架剪力墙结构一致,然而其施工难度更高,复杂程度也更大。鉴于此,需针对人防工程施工期间出现的各类质量问题,精准提出技术处理措施,切实规避结构质量通病。同时,全面梳理相关预防对策,从而为提升人防工程建设水平筑牢根基。Civil defense construction involves various issues such as foundation work,main structure,installation engineering,waterproofing,and interior decoration.Although the main structure of civil defense engineering is similar to that of conventional frame shear wall structures,its construction difficulty and complexity are much greater.Therefore,it is necessary to propose precise technical treatment measures to address quality problems that arise during construction and effectively avoid common structural issues.This paper also comprehensively sorts out preventive measures to strengthen the foundation for improving civil defense construction levels.
