摘　　要：交通动脉是沟通两侧前循环的重要中间血管,前交通动脉瘤(ACoAAs)是最常见的颅内动脉瘤发生部位和蛛网膜下腔出血来源。血管内治疗破裂ACoAAs往往伴随着严重的并发症风险,从而影响患者预后。因此,早期发现可能导致介入治疗破裂ACoAAs患者发生手术相关并发症,提前制定决策,进行个体化干预和治疗,对改善患者预后,降低病死率、致残率具有重要意义。本文结合目前国内外研究进展,对血管内治疗破裂ACoAAs患者手术相关并发症影响因素进行综述,从而为临床医生的早期干预时机和治疗决策提供参考。The anterior communicating artery is an important intermediate vessel that communicates between the two sides of the anterior circulation,and anterior communicating artery aneurysms(ACoAAs)are the most common site of intracranial aneurysms and presenting with subarachnoid haemorrhage.Endovascular treatment of ruptured ACoAAs is often accompanied by the risk of serious complications,thus worsen patient prognosis.Therefore,early identification of risk factors that may lead to procedure-related complications in patients with interventional treatment of ruptured ACoAAs,and advance decision-making for individualised intervention and treatment are of great significance in improving patient prognosis and reducing the rate of death and disability.This article reviews the factors affecting surgery-related complications in patients with ruptured ACoAAs treated with endovascular therapy in the light of current research progress at home and abroad,so as to provide reference for clinicians early intervention timing and treatment decisions.
