摘　　要：党的二十届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的决定》是新时代进一步全面深化改革的纲领性文件。“进一步全面深化改革”依托新的理论基础和时代背景提出,蕴含深厚的哲学基础与哲学方法论,展现出深邃的哲学智慧。从哲学的视角审视,新时代进一步全面深化改革理论建立在社会发展动力理论的基石之上,揭示了变革是社会进步的引擎。同时,这张改革的蓝图深受社会有机体理论的启发,强调社会各部分的协同运作和整体优化。更重要的是,它以人的全面自由发展理论为出发点,倡导个体的潜能释放和价值实现。从方法论的角度来看,“进一步全面深化改革”首先要扎根于现实问题的土壤,从实际出发,寻找解决方案。其次,它倡导运用唯物辩证法思维,看待和处理复杂的改革问题。再次,它以提升人民群众的幸福感为最终价值取向,确保改革成果惠及大众,实现社会公平正义、促进社会和谐。总的来说,《决定》作为“进一步全面深化改革”的指南,以其深厚的哲学底蕴和实用的策略方法,引领中国走向一个更加繁荣、公正和自由的社会。"The resolution on further deepening reform comprehensively"adopted by the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC National Congress is a programmatic document for further deepening reform comprehensively in the new era."Further deepening reform comprehensively"relies on the new theoretical foundation and background of the times,has a profound philosophical foundation and philosophical methodology,and shows profound philosophical wisdom.From a philosophical perspective,the theory of further deepening reform comprehensively in the new era is based on the cornerstone of the theory of the dynamics of social development,which reveals that change is the engine of social progress.At the same time,this blueprint for reform is deeply inspired by the theory of the social organism,which emphasizes the synergistic functioning of the various parts of the society and the overall optimization of the society.What's more important,it takes the theory of the comprehensive and free development of human beings as a starting point,advocating the potential release and value realization of the individual.From a methodological point of view,"further deepening reform comprehensively"should firstly be rooted in the soil of realistic problems,and find solutions from the practical point of view.Secondly,it advocates the use of materialistic dialectical thinking to view and deal with complex reform issues.Finally,it takes the enhancement of the people's sense of happiness as its ultimate value orientation,ensuring that the fruits of reform benefit the public and realizing social justice and harmony.The resolution,as a guide for"further deepening reform comprehensively",leads China to a more prosperous,just and free society with its profound philosophical background and practical strategies.
