摘 要:北京量子领域发展基础较好,开展技术情报视域下北京量子产业发展的机遇与挑战分析,并提出相应的对策建议,对北京加快量子产业发展具有重要参考价值。通过对全球专利数据库incoPat中的专利信息进行定量分析,识别量子前沿技术发展态势,结合北京量子领域发展基础和2021年以来美对华科技限制的影响,分析北京量子产业发展的优势和挑战。提出北京量子产业发展的对策建议,以期为北京加快量子产业高质量发展提供参考。Beijing has a good foundation for the development of quantum field.Analyzing the opportunities and challenges of the development of Beijing’s quantum industry from the perspective of technical information,and putting forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,has important reference value for accelerating the development of Beijing’s quantum industry.Based on the quantitative analysis of the patent information in the global patent database incoPat,the development trend of quantum frontier technology was identified.Combined with the development basis of Beijing’s quantum field and the impact of the United States on China’s scientific and technological restrictions since 2021,the advantages and challenges of Beijing’s quantum industry development were analyzed.At last,the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of Beijing’s quantum industry are put forward in order to provide reference for Beijing to accelerate the high-quality development of the quantum industry.
