清水沟五级泵站水泵选型与运行方案分析

摘  要:水泵的效率与配置对其功能与效益发挥影响巨大。为了确保清水沟五级泵站水力平稳,满足供水任务和抽水要求,基于榆林黄河东线抽水工程概况,在分析水泵型式和材质的基础上,按照设计流量、加大流量、小于设计流量的运行工况,对清水沟五级泵站的工作点和运行方案进行了探讨,结果显示,清水沟五级泵站的水泵选用卧式单级双吸离心泵,安装6台,通过变频器对1~2台泵的流量进行调节,完全满足各种流量变化下的抽水要求,为复杂工况下的泵站配置运营研究提供了借鉴。The efficiency and configuration of the water pump significantly affect its performance and overall benefits.To ensure the hydraulic stability and meet the water supply and pumping requirements,the working point and operation scheme of Qingshuigou Five-stage Pumping Station are discussed under different flow conditions,such as design flow,increasing flow and the one less than design flow.The discussion is based on the general situation of Yulin Yellow River East Line Pumping Project as well as the type and material of the pump.The results indicate that the horizontal single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump is selected as the Station's water pump.A total of 6 pumps are installed,with the flow of 1 or 2 pumps being regulated by frequency converters to meet the pumping requirements under varying flow conditions.It provides a reference for the study of pumping station configuration and operation under complex working conditions.
