摘　　要：湖南石化己内酰胺部废液焚烧装置锅炉熔融物经固定溜子槽流出炉膛后,在后续长熔物溜槽中因热量散失而快速结晶变成坚硬的壳体,这些结晶壳体需要人工及时清除,否则会堵塞溜道通道,影响装置正常运行。本研究开发适合于自动清除锅炉熔融物结晶壳体的精密铸一体化成型的组合式长熔物溜槽、熔融物结晶壳体自动清除机械手、翻转式耐高温深度能调节的铲刀刀架系统等,能实现现场操作控制、接入DCS系统操作控制和手机端远程操作控制的综合控制系统。本研究开发的锅炉熔融物结晶壳体自动清除装置,已经在相关装置上应用,不但降低了劳动强度,节省了人工成本,大大减少了人工清除时因大量粉尘挥发而造成的二次环境污染,同时还避免了人工清除时存在的安全隐患,产生了良好的经济、社会效益。After the molten material from the waste liquid incineration unit of Hunan Petrochemical's caprolactam department flows out of the furnace through a fixed chute,it quickly crystallizes into a hard shell in the subsequent long melt chute due to heat dissipation.These crystalline shells need to be manually removed in a timely manner,otherwise they will block the chute channel and affect the normal operation of the device.This research develops a combined long melt chute,a melt crystallization shell automatic cleaning robotic arm,and a flip type high-temperature resistant depth adjustable shovel holder system suitable for precision casting and integrated molding of boiler melt crystallization shells.It can achieve comprehensive control system including on-site operation control,DCS system operation control,and remote operation control on mobile phones.The automatic cleaning device for the crystallization shell of the boiler melt developed in this study has been applied in related devices,which not only reduces labor intensity and saves labor costs,but also greatly reduces the secondary environmental pollution caused by the volatilization of a large amount of dust during manual cleaning.At the same time,it also avoids the safety production hazards that exist during manual cleaning,producing good economic and social benefits.
