摘 要:[目的]为研究海上环境荷载对浮式风机在拖航过程中的运动响应的影响,[方法]建立适用于60 m~200 m水深的三、四浮筒型全潜式浮式风机(SFOWT)一体化拖航系统。通过模型试验和数值模拟的方法对2种不同结构型式SFOWT的固有周期进行计算,验证数值模拟的正确性。运用SIMA软件对不同风浪联合环境下的一体化拖航过程进行模拟。[结果]结果表明:环境荷载的增大对SFOWT的垂荡和纵摇的影响较大,而对横摇的运动影响较小;2种结构型式的SFOWT在拖航过程中垂荡运动幅值均在-1m~1m范围内,且均在水平面附近上下摆动;垂荡加速度满足小于0.2g(g为重力加速度)的要求;当风速为20 m/s时,四筒型式SFOWT所需拖缆力较三筒型式增加1.8%。经对比,在相同的海洋环境条件下,四筒型SFOWT在拖航过程中的运动表现更优。[结论]研究成果可为全潜式浮式风机拖航分析提供一定参考。[Purpose]To investigate the influence of offshore environmental loads on the motion response of floating wind turbines during towing,[Method]an integrated towing system of three and four float type submersible floating offshorewind turbines(SFOWT)suitable for water depths from 60 m to 200 m is established.By conducting model experiments and numerical simulations,the natural periods of two different structural types of submersible floating offshore wind turbines are calculated to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulations.SIMA software is used to simulate the integrated towing process under different wind and wave joint environments.[Result]The results indicate that an increase in the environmental loads has a greater impact on the heave and pitch of SFOWT,while it has a smaller impact on the roll motion;the amplitude of the vertical oscillation motion of the two structural types of SFOWT during towing is within the range of-1 m to 1 m,and both swing up and down near the horizontal plane;the amplitude of the oscillation acceleration meets the requirement of acceleration less than 0.2g(g is gravitational acceleration);when the wind speed is 20 m/s,the towing force required for the four tube type SFOWT increases by 1.8%compared to the three tube type.After comparison,under the same marine environmental conditions,the four tube SFOWT exhibits better motion performance during towing.[Conclusion]The research results can provide some references for the towing analysis of fully submersible floating offshore wind turbines.
