摘 要:[目的]为有效解决发电机表面局部过热的问题,提高舱室温度均匀性,[方法]针对新型风电安装船发电机舱室设计空调通风系统,基于计算流体力学(CFD)方法,以舱室内发电机为唯一热源进行舱室流场仿真计算,得到舱室内部流场和温度场分布情况,在此基础上对发电机过热区域进行舱室通风系统局部优化设计。[结果]仿真结果表明:优化后的通风方式能有效控制发电机表面局部过热的问题,提高舱室温度均匀性,避免通风死角。[结论]研究结果可为发电机舱室空调通风系统设计提供一定参考。[Purpose]To effectively solve the problem of local overheating on the surface of the generator and improve the uniformity of the cabin temperature,[Method]the air conditioning and ventilation system for the generator compartment of the new wind power installation vessel is designed.Based on the computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method,the flow field simulation calculation of the cabin is carried out with the generator as the only heat source,and the distribution of the internal flow field and temperature field of the cabin is obtained.On this basis,the local optimization design of the cabin ventilation system in the overheated area of the generator is carried out.[Result]The simulation results show that the optimized ventilation method can effectively control the problem of local overheating on the surface of the generator,improve the uniformity of the cabin temperature,and avoid ventilation blind spots.[Conclusion]The research results can provide some references for the design of air conditioning and ventilation systems in generator rooms.
