摘 要:提出了拓展型积性犹豫模糊偏好集,大大地拓展了评测值的取值范围,从而从源头上提升了算法的分辨能力。提出了转换函数,能够将犹豫模糊偏好集转换为拓展型积性犹豫模糊偏好集,为后续算法得到统一奠定基础。端点值处理算法的提出既能突出端点值的独特作用又能避免算法陷入单值决策难题。最后,通过创新能力和培养方案评测这类模糊问题的系列定量实验,证明了理论的有效性和合理性。An extended product hesitant fuzzy preference set is proposed,which greatly expands the range of evaluation values,thereby enhancing the discrimination ability of the algorithm from the source.A conversion function is proposed,which can convert the hesitant fuzzy preference set into the extended product hesitant fuzzy preference set,laying the foundation for the unification of the subsequent algorithms.The endpoint value processing algorithm proposed can not only highlight the unique role of endpoint value,but also avoid the algorithm from falling into the problem of single value decision.Finally,through a series of quantitative experiments on the evaluation of such fuzzy problems through innovation ability and training programs,the validity and rationality of the theory are proved.
