摘　　要：随着城市地质、环境地质等工程勘察的需求不断扩大,能够在城市道路快速响应的钻机需求也随之增加。目前国内此类施工中使用占比较大的设备多以撬装立轴钻机或轻卡装载汽车钻为主,这类设备很难满足当前和未来城市地质勘察钻探施工的高效钻进以及数字智能化运行等方面的需求。在进行充分市场调研的前提下,提出了一种基于轻型皮卡装载的数字化工勘钻机。该钻机采用全液压模块化设计,通过搭载不同的钻进模块,实现静力触探、标准贯入、振动直推等功能,同时可满足城市工程勘察的快速运移、钻探取样、数字化显示等要求,可为透明城市及数字化工程勘察提供装备支撑。With the increasing demand for engineering investigation in urban geology,environmental geology and other fields,the demand for drilling machines that can quickly respond on urban roads has also increased.At present,the main equipment used for such construction in China is mainly skid-mounted spindle drills or light truck-mounted drills.These drills are difficult to meet the current and future drilling needs in terms of rapid movement,efficient drilling and digital operation required for urban geological surveys.Based thorough market research,this paper proposes a digitalized light pickup truck-mounted drill for engineering investigation.This drill adopts a fully hydraulic modular design,which is equipped with different drilling modules to achieve functions such as static penetration,standard penetration and vibration direct push.At the same time,it can meet the requirements of rapid migration,drilling sampling,digital display,etc.for urban engineering investigation,and provide equipment support for transparent cities and digital engineering exploration.
